We belong to the very top of the leading companies in the field of providing security services operating in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. We are members of the private security association of Serbia within the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.

The management of our company is made up of a team of professionals, with many years of experience in the operational execution of security tasks achieved in the sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In accordance with the total number of employees and the volume of business, we have 5 regional centers - two in Belgrade and one each in Nis, Novi Sad and Kragujevac.

Regional centers are managed by experienced managers who gained their experience in police and military structures. The management of the company consists of the general director, the director of security services, the director of technical and personnel services and the director of marketing and sales.

At PERFECT COMPANY D.O.O., special attention is paid to the selection and hiring of security personnel and monitoring their work. The conditions for admission to security work are: completed IV degree, regular military service, medical certificate that the candidate is medically fit to work in physical and technical security, a certificate from the Court that the candidate has not been convicted, and that no criminal charges have been filed against him. conducts criminal proceedings, a certificate of training in the handling of firearms, a check by the SUP through criminal and misdemeanor records, a field check by the police at the place of residence, as well as that the candidates meet the requirements according to Article 8 and 19 of the Law on Weapons and Ammunition for carrying weapons .
